The Dräger X-plore® 9000 supplied air system is designed for light duty industrial applications that require an independent air supply. This modular system provides comfortable and reliable respiratory protection in accordance with EN 14594:05.
Versatile combination options For the most varied applications there is a large program of Dräger X-plore® helmet, hoods and visors as well as half- and full-face masks available. The system has been tested and approved in accordance with EN 14594:05.
Individual adaptation of the air supply During deployment the user can adjust the air supply via a control valve at the belt unit between 170 and 400 l/min and thereby adjust it to their individual requirements.
Optionally insertable filter station The system is rounded off with an optional filter station to which two device wearers can be connected. This removes particles, and mixtures such as oil mist and annoying odours from industrial compressed air and thus clearly improves the quality of the inhaled air.
Respiratory protection independent of the ambient air The belt-worn set Dräger X-plore 9000 is connected via a 10m long standard or spiral pneumatic hose to an on-site supply of breathing air (e.g. a compressed air mains). This breathable air is then conducted via a breathing hose to the connected Dräger X-plore® head unit.
High level of wearing comfort The X-plore 9000 excels by its low noise emission and low weight (200 g). This permits safe working for longer periods with a high level of wearing comfort.
