Fluke Fluke Calibration P5513 Pneumatic Comparison Test Pump
This pneumatic comparison test pump is designed for testing pressure measuring instruments against master test instruments. This cost effective instrument provides precise control for important calibration requirements and include many features found in our popular line of pneumatic deadweight testers. *Note --- Unit requires pressure source (i.e. nitrogen bottle) for operation.
Key Features • High pressure pneumatic operation • Screw press for fine pressure adjustments • High quality needle valves for fine control • Test port adapters which require no PTFE tape or wrenches • Sturdy carrying case with lid
Portable and extremely stable • World’s smallest portable calibration baths • Calibrates sensors of any size or shape • Stability to ±0.015 °C • Ranges from –30 °C to 200 °C
Need portability and extreme stability? Fluke 6102, Fluke 7102, and Fluke 7103 Micro-Baths have both. We invented the Micro-Bath. And, while many have tried to duplicate it, none of them use proprietary Fluke Calibration controllers, so none of them deliver performance like a Fluke Calibration bath. Micro-Baths can be used anywhere for any type of sensor. The 6102 weighs less than 4.5 kg (10 lb.), with the fluid. It’s lighter and smaller than most dry-wells, has a spill-proof lid, and is easier to carry than your lunch. You can take it where you need to go without carts or excessive effort. Micro-Baths can even be transported with the fluid in them.
Precision when you need it for infrared temperature calibration
Fluke 9132 and Fluke 9133 Portable Infrared Calibrators features: • Certify IR pyrometers from –30 °C to 500 °C (–22 °F to 932 °F) • Large 57 mm (2.25 in) blackbody target • RTD reference well for contact temperature measurement • Small, compact design in a blackbody calibrator
Whether you’re using in-line or handheld infrared pyrometers, you need good calibration standards to verify their accuracy. Our portable IR calibrators provide stable blackbody targets for calibrating noncontact IR thermometers from –30 °C to 500 °C.
These blackbody calibrator units feature a temperature controlled measurement surface with a diameter of 2.25 in (57 mm). The target temperature can be controlled in set-point increments of 0.1° from –30 °C to 500 °C and a well is located directly behind the blackbody surface for contact temperature measurement.
Manufactured from high quality polished steel. Ground finished points, a fine adjusting screw is mounted across the legs for setting the distance between the two points. A circular spring bow joins the legs, with a knurled extension attached for use when pivoting the dividers. Dividers are used for scribing arcs and circles, a light centre punch mark on the work keeps the pivot leg in the centre while marking.
