Also with bypass action cutting blades with blade guard for clean and safe wire cutting. Spring tensioned handles and graduated, twin blade stripping jaw optimise the tool to ensure the constant and accurate length of stripped ends. Manufactured from pressed steel with a riveted body, finished by a PU coating.
