The smallest escape respirator in the Dräger PARAT® family
​Because size matters in an emergency, we designed the PARAT 1260 to fit in the palm of your hand, making it incredibly easy to handle. Not only is the PARAT 1260 conveniently small in size, it is equipped to give you 10 minutes of livesaving protection against a variety of industrial gases and vapours. It is approved to the only recognized standard for filtering industrial escape devices (DIN 58647-7). Moreover, the device is suitable for persons who wear glasses or have beards.

Robust case with added safety
​The robust case protects the device under extreme working conditions. To ensure the device remains secure when not in use, we have incorporated an anti-tamper seal - the seal breaks as soon as you open the case.

For additional safety, the mouthpiece and filter are vacuum sealed in a robust aluminum barrier bag to protect the system in a wide variety of ambient conditions.

The compact form of our escape respirator makes it easy for you to carry in all types of scenarios. So small you can carry it in your pocket. Additionally, the integrated belt clip makes it comfortable for you to carry on a belt or on your working clothes.

A clear view inside
​With the PARAT 1260, you know exactly what’s inside. We understand the benefit of being able to see the components of a product. For this reason, the case features translucent elements, enabling you to visually inspect the device and have a clear view of all pictograms (e.g. donning procedure). Furthermore, you can see the filter expiration date without the information rubbing off as it is protected against abrasion.

Maintenance-free
The PARAT 1260 offers you simple, safe, and sound technology. When seconds count, you need to rely on an escape respirator that provides adequate escape time and the least amount of maintenance. We offer you a 6-year maintenance-free lifetime, provided the anti-tamper seal remains intact.
